When the RV covers are rated by length they take into account the standard accessories that they'll have like roof top AC units, spare tires, awnings etc. So the best way to pick out a cover based on length is like the picture I attached and from the back of the trailer body to the front behind the propane tanks basically.

I spoke to Command Electronics and they indicated that the LED board is most likely going bad if you are getting a strobe effect with the LED RV Interior Light with Switch part # 328-K-1030WSM2. Unfortunately, the LED board is not replaceable so you would need to replace the entire light. In order to remove the lens you would want to take a butterknife and use it to pry between the outer edge of the lens and trim piece. To change your equalizers on your 2013 Keystone Bullet Premier we don't have the exact equalizer you are seeking. Your premier I believe has the 42 inch on center axles which is a wider stance than standard, so changing other components like leaf springs and shackle straps will be required if changing your equalizer.

Since you mentioned that you broke a leaf spring and not the axle, in order to determine which replacement leaf springs you'll need for your 2017 Keystone Bullet Premier Ultra Lite Travel Trailer you will need to measure your current springs from the centers of one spring eye to the other. This distance is going to determine which springs will fit as a replacement. Since we know you have a 3500-lb axle, we can narrow it down a bit.

It's not a matter of placing stress on the bars.
When backing the trailer, especially at a sharp angle it's pretty easy to jackknife the trailer, and when it happens it happens very quickly. If you're backing the trailer at a fairly straight angle, you'll be fine. However if you're in a situation where you're cutting a sharp angle to maneuver into a tight spot it's best to disconnect the bars so the system isn't damaged if the trailer jackknifes.

Yes. You can use the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM45 as a replacement for your AWM965 and it would give you the HDMI and Bluetooth functionality you're seeking. There are not wiring harnesses available to allow a plug and play installation for RVs, but the wiring is fairly straightforward.
